Lafe has worked in the Defense and Commercial Industries for 20+ years, developing cutting edge solutions for customers needing to control cameras, understand where they are and interpret what they saw. With experience at leading companies such as L3 and General Dynamics Mission Systems, Lafe has led teams of all sizes delivering cutting edge new technologies and products for his customers. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Augmntr he leads the team in developing the strategy and solutions for both Defense and Commercial applications. Lafe holds both an M.S. and B.S. in Physics from University of Alabama in Huntsville and Georgia State University respectively.

Alex brings a wealth of detailed software engineering experience combined with a practical, systems-driven approach gained over his 20 years of industry experience. He co-founded Augmntr in 2017 to specifically address the Augmented Reality needs of the industry and defense sectors. Prior to Augmntr, he spent 13 years working for major US Department of Defense contractors where he specialized in high precision airborne imaging systems, geographic system integration, user interfaces, and Augmented Reality displays. Alex holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a Graduate Certificate in Systems Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
Alex Pavloff
Co-Founder / CTO
Craig has worked in the Defense and Commercial Industries for 30+ years, developing imaging systems for DoD customers, optical networking equipment, and test and measurement instrumentation. Craig has held both design and leadership roles at L3Harris, Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies and optical communication start-up companies. Past experience developing customer solutions and managing research and development activities will contribute to Augmntr’s growth strategy. Craig holds a BS in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from University of California at Davis.
Craig Wheeler
VP of Advanced Sensing
David brings 10 years of experience in financial analysis and 14 years of experience with high tech manufacturing, specializing in government contracts. Prior to joining the Augmntr team, David was the Senior Financial Analyst responsible for L3 Sonoma’s largest contracts, at times managing over $100M of active programs. Along with managing individual programs, David was responsible for preparing and reporting the monthly program financials & forecast for the entire business unit to the senior leadership and various layers of the corporate finance team. David also holds a B.S. in Computer Science.
David Keeble
Controller
Prior to joining the Augmntr team, James was with General Dynamics Mission Systems as the Software Architect and Lead engineer of Mission Command software products. He led teams to provide mobile situational awareness and analytic software systems for military and commercial use, as well as developing situational awareness and training software in Mixed Reality. He brings 21 years of experience in technology development across medical, automotive, commercial, and military programs, specializing in mobile computing technologies ranging from small compute inside vehicles to personal devices, including AR/VR technologies.
